Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard delivery costs £4.99 per order. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders normally arrive within 3–7 working days, including dispatch time. During October–December, please allow 5–9 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote areas, peak periods and carrier delays may mean delivery takes longer.

Dispatch and tracking

We work with specialist fulfilment partners to dispatch your products. Items from the same order may arrive separately. Where tracking is available, we will share it after dispatch.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, email Halvenohome@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started.

Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email Halvenohome@gmail.com with your order number. We remain your point of contact and will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
