Returns & refunds

Halveno Home sells physical home and everyday-living products.

If you change your mind, you can normally cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us you wish to cancel, you should return the goods within 14 days.

Items must be returned with reasonable care. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law allows, including personalised or made-to-order goods and some sealed hygiene products once opened.

Please contact Halveno Home before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you may be responsible for return postage.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Where required by law, standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
